Phila,Delaware,Montgomery and Bucks Counties in Pa. In South Jersey, the Deptford and Paulsboro area have this league. This is a Money league, featuring both 8 & 9 ball  with 2/3's of weekly fees payback. We are also now promoting teams to go to Vegas with the BCA in May.  We use a handicapping system to give the players an equal opportunity to win. We give back to the players so much more than the APA in the way of cash, more players get more back. Let's face it, most teams won't get to Vegas so those that don't go still deserve to get something back, not pay for others trips.
APA-American Pool players Assoc. All Counties-Pa,NJ,DE This is the largest league in the country for amateurs. Each year teams compete for the rights to play for an expense paid trip to the nationals held in Las Vegas. It is a handicapped league so players of all levels can compete.
North Penn League Montgomery County, Pa This league competes only for fun. There is a great banquet at the end of the year. There is no cash reward for winning just lots of fun, trophies and lots of giveaways at the banquet. It's a doubles format that travels to different locations in and around the Lansdale area. There are no handicaps.
Rolling Rock Southern Montgomery County, Pa This is a non-handicapped league and is for lots of fun not cash. The trophy is called bragging rights.  For players that just want to play and not get involved with the politics of handicapped leagues, this is the league for you.  There is a great banquet at the end of the year.
