| Sometimes it seems there is no way to get position on
another ball. Learning to come off of the rail to cut in a ball can increase the
number of ways you can gain position. To learn the shot, measure the distance from
the middle of the object ball to the cushion. Now take that distance and apply it
from the rail. Point "x" is your aiming spot. The cue ball will hit
the rail above your aiming spot, just stroke to the spot you just measured and the ball
will go in the hole. Experiment with position by adding spin to the cue. |
